Job summary

Genesiscareers in the United States is seeking an International Registered Nurse (RN) to begin with a structured orientation and training program. No direct patient care during orientation until licensing requirements are met.

You will shadow, complete online training, and learn to view, plan, delegate, supervise, and adjust the care plan under supervision to meet patient goals and reduce hospital readmissions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be licensed by a U.S. State Board of Nursing or awaiting endorsement.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• View implementing and managing patient care
• Watch care planning
• Observe delegation of care to staff
• Watch staff supervision to ensure tasks align with policy
• Observe how to evaluate and adjust the plan of care to meet patient goals and minimize readmissions
