Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must hold current US state nursing license or have endorsement pending.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English for patient safety.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation and training with no direct patient care until licensing is met.
• View implementing and managing patient care.
• Observe care planning and delegation of tasks to staff.
• Monitor supervision and ensure interventions follow policy and adjust care plans to reduce rehospitalizations.
