Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current U.S. state nursing license or license endorsement in progress.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) for safety.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation and training with no direct patient care until licensing is met.
• Engage in job shadowing and online training.
• View patient care implementation and planning.
• Observe delegation and staff supervision of tasks.
• Monitor and adjust the plan of care to meet patient goals and reduce rehospitalizations.
