Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management delivering complex, multi-workstream regulatory or enterprise tech change programs.
• Experience managing fixed-date international regulatory reporting or compliance implementations across multiple countries/units.
• Hands-on with RAID/decision logs, readiness criteria, Gantt tracking and executive status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation planning for new regulatory mandates and country rollouts.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and regulatory applicability assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Manage workstreams through intake, discovery, design, build coordination, testing, go-live readiness and run.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making on compliance needs and data requirements.
• Maintain RAID logs, issue trackers, and auditable implementation documentation.
• Establish and run post-production support processes and escalation paths.
• Capture lessons learned and update controls for future rollouts.
