Landing Point is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Asset Management team, focusing on regulatory reporting obligations and risk assessments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of business analysis experience, strong data skills (SQL/Excel/BI), and a solid understanding of global regulatory frameworks and financial products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant business analysis work experience.
• Proven track record for problem solving leveraging technology and business process improvement.
• Knowledge of global regulations and regulatory reporting discipline.
• Knowledge of financial products, order lifecycle, and back office operational processes.
• Strong technical skills, including business intelligence, Excel, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee robust controls and reporting capabilities.
• Drive and own the complete end-to-end assessment of regulatory obligations and commensurate controls.
• Monitor industry and regulatory change.
• Assess and recommend solutions to drive compliance rates.
• Construct business requirements for regulatory change and liaise with Technology teams.
• Assist in implementation of risk assessment, reporting gaps, and advancement of controls.
• Manage large scale vendor implementation or regulatory reform related programs.
• Oversee and deploy testing protocols for new business changes.
• Identify inefficient processes and implement strategic fixes.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions and queries efficiently.
• Analyze core business and data processes to validate regulation application.
• Design, deliver, and operate oversight processes to evaluate regulatory reporting.
• Document and manage regulatory gaps and business process requirements.
• Conduct testing practices and validation of regulatory output.Contribute to regulatory oversight and governance committee materials.
