Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Office of Global Engagement across Daytona Beach, Prescott, Worldwide campuses.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and program activities for faculty and staff per Director guidance.
• Ensure travel expenses comply with University policies and are accurately documented.
• Assist with budgets for faculty-led programs and monitor expenditures.
• Facilitate payments to suppliers and manage accounts payable as directed.
• Support data tracking, reporting, and KPI development for strategic planning.
• Represent the office at fairs and recruitment events and assist with student financial transactions.
