Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Affairs, Political Science, Public Policy, Management, Data Analytics, or related field
• Professional experience performing business analysis, program analysis, or mission-support functions
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Analyze CISA International business processes, workflows, and program activities and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and other analytical products to support leadership decision-making.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain international engagement, stakeholder, and program information across systems.
• Track engagements, taskings, clearances, action items, deadlines, and other program requirements for timely execution.
• Conduct research and analysis of international and domestic policy, economic, security and programmatic developments.
• Prepare briefing materials, issue papers, reports, memoranda, presentations and readouts for executives.
• Coordinate with DHS, CISA components, and other agencies and international partners.
