Qualifications

• The candidate must be a US citizen with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong research, writing, organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and support after-hours needs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of international meetings and engagements.
• Research regions, countries, and policy developments relevant to CISA's mission.
• Draft briefing materials, talking points, and summaries for officials.
• Track engagements, deadlines, action items, and clearance requests.
• Prepare CISA officials for meetings with international partners.
• Maintain stakeholder information in databases and management tools.
• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for domestic and international events.
• Support coordination activities with DHS, other agencies, and external stakeholders.
