Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in international engagement.
• Experience in event/engagement planning and travel logistics in federal or international settings.
• Proven ability to draft readouts, briefing materials, and official correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support bilateral and multilateral engagements, including managing domestic/international trips.
• Coordinate schedules, itineraries, logistics, venues, and meetings for CISA officials.
• Prepare comprehensive briefing books, agendas, read-ahead packages, and materials for leadership.
• Arrange translation/interpretation support and liaise with embassies and interagency partners.
• Draft SITREPs, trip readouts, summaries of conclusions, and follow-up reports.
• Collaborate across CISA components to align engagements with international strategy and priorities.
• Manage security and access requirements for engagements, including entry of foreign national information and escorting visitors.
• Maintain stakeholder contact databases and electronic file management systems.
