Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline, or equivalent.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and process improvements.
• Experience developing or maintaining dashboards, databases, repositories, portals, or other information-management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions supporting international travel processes.
• Develop and maintain repositories for tracking international arrangements and travel information.
• Create dashboards, reports, and internal platforms with travel activity insights.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and integration.
• Develop data visualizations and metrics for leadership insights.
• Support travel portals, tools, and knowledge-management materials.
