Traffic Tech Inc. is seeking an International Operations Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on supporting international import shipments from origin through final delivery, ensuring reliable service for clients.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Training will be provided; basic Outlook and Excel skills are a plus. This is a full-time position with standard business hours.

• Willingness to learn international shipping and logistics.
• Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Office, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus.
• No freight forwarding experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean import shipments.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and trucking companies.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Review and organize shipping documents.
• Assist with customs clearance and delivery coordination.
• Enter shipment information and maintain files.
• Help resolve shipment delays or operational issues.
• Prepare billing and review shipment costs.
• Provide strong customer service and support the operations team.
