Job summary

Traffic Tech is seeking an International Operations Coordinator to support international import shipments from origin through final delivery. You will coordinate air and ocean imports, communicate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and brokers, and track shipments while maintaining accurate files.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn international shipping processes. Training is provided in a dynamic environment with comprehensive benefits.

• Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Previous office, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus.
• No freight forwarding experience required; training will be provided.
