Job summary

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure customer belongings with care.
• Assist local moving and delivery projects safely and efficiently.
• Ensure equipment is accounted for, used properly, and returned after use.
• Complete shipment documentation and communicate with dispatch daily.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

The Role:

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our moving and logistics team as a Local Crew Member. This is a hands-on position responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering customer goods safely and professionally. If you enjoy physical work, working with a team, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and secure customer belongings with care and attention to detail.
• Assist with local moving and delivery projects while maintaining company operating standards.
• Ensure all equipment needed for each project is accounted for, utilized properly, and returned after use.
• Complete shipment documentation and other required company forms accurately.Communicate daily with dispatch regarding schedules, deliveries, and project updates.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Fuel vehicles as required and maintain necessary fuel receipts and records.
• Immediately report any cargo, property, vehicle damage, or safety concerns.
• Assist with facility cleanup, inventory control, and equipment management.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality service standards.
• Participate in required meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
