DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) in the United States seeks an FMS Analyst to serve as the primary technical and administrative point of contact for complex international taskings and Security Cooperation efforts. This role requires seamless interagency coordination, programmatic support, and strict adherence to foreign disclosure policy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Preferred fields: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting
• 3 to 10 years of financial experience working within the DOD environment
• Minimum Secret government security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Task & Workflow Management: Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate organizational tasks within ETMS2 to achieve total mission compliance.
• Interagency Liaison: Serve as the principal POC for all international and FMS actions originating from external DoD entities.
• Case Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with Program Managers to develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end ownership of FMS cases.
• Foreign Disclosure Coordination: Partner with the Foreign Disclosure Officer to process international visit requests and coordinate reviews for Partner Nations materials.
• Strategic Process Improvement: Participate in cross-functional groups to define and implement enterprise-wide Security Cooperation processes.
• Financial & Program Support: Provide analytical support to financial leadership during SAPBR cycles.
• Data Systems Management: Maintain and optimize FMS case tracking mechanisms for leadership reporting requirements.
