Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking an International & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst with an active Secret clearance. The role centers on serving as the primary technical and administrative point of contact for complex international taskings and Security Cooperation efforts, ensuring compliance and coordination across agencies.

The position involves program planning, evaluation, and financial management support, with responsibilities spanning task management, case lifecycle, and data systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate organizational tasks within ETMS2 to achieve total mission compliance.
• Serve as principal POC for international and FMS actions from external DoD entities.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to manage end-to-end FMS cases.
• Coordinate Visit Authorization Requests via VAR and disclosures for Partner Nations.
• Participate in cross-functional groups to standardize Security Cooperation processes.
• Provide analytical support during the SAPBR cycle.
• Maintain FMS case tracking for senior leadership reporting.
