Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an International Ops – Tactical International Planner to support the ITP Team by handling international trips within 24 hours of departure. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in aviation/logistics preferred
• Flight training and/or dispatch license highly preferred
• Familiar with aviation regulations, customs requirements and flight operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of same-day and next-day international flights
• File required customs paperwork and update clearances
• Prepare and file legal flight plans and amend as required
• Coordinate international handling requests and communicate with crews and agencies
• Maintain records and report non-compliance observations
• Respond to time-sensitive operational issues with prompt solutions
