Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an International Program Consultant to drive growth by selling international educational programs to schools, teachers, and students. You will identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and tailor proposals to meet client needs.

You will develop a robust sales pipeline, manage the full cycle from lead generation to closing, and contribute market feedback to strengthen our programs. This is a dynamic role with flexible on-site/remote/hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand existing business within assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers at the middle school and high school levels build and enhance their school's international travel programs
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation through qualification and closing.
• Assess each prospect's needs and goals, and clearly communicate our value proposition
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate through decision-making processes to close business.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets as well as seasonal sales goals.
• Improve the success of our team by proactively contributing new ideas, market feedback and successful sales strategies.
