Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an International Program Consultant in the United States to drive growth by selling international educational programs to schools, teachers and students. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships and tailor programs to meet client needs.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, aiming to exceed sales targets while supporting a dynamic, flexible work environment that includes on-site, remote, and hybrid opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience
• Experience working internationally or with international clients preferred
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Willingness to be coached and to learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand existing accounts within assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers build and enhance their school's international travel programs.
• Develop a sales pipeline from lead generation through qualification and closing.
• Assess client needs and clearly communicate WorldStrides’ value proposition.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate decision-making to close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales activity and seasonal targets.
• Contribute ideas and market feedback to improve sales strategies.
