Job summary

WorldStrides, a global leader in educational travel, seeks an International Program Consultant to drive growth by selling international educational programs to schools, teachers, and students. You will build a pipeline, tailor proposals, manage the sales cycle, and exceed targets while expanding our market reach and delivering world-class experiences.

You will expand our reach, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure programs are customized to meet each school's needs, driving revenue

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales experience.
• International experience.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Willingness to be coached and learn.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand existing business within assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers at middle school and high school levels build and enhance their school's international travel programs.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation through qualification and closing.
• Assess prospects' needs and goals, and clearly communicate WorldStrides' value proposition.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate decision-making processes to close business.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets as well as seasonal sales goals.
• Contribute new ideas, market feedback and successful sales strategies to improve the team.
