WorldStrides is seeking an International Program Consultant to drive growth by selling international educational programs to schools, teachers and students. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships and customize programs to meet client needs.

The role involves developing a robust sales pipeline, managing the full cycle from lead to close, and meeting ambitious targets, with flexible on-site/remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to schools and educators.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and close deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand existing business within assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers build and enhance international travel programs.
• Develop a pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Assess prospect needs and clearly communicate value proposition.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate decision-making processes to close.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and seasonal goals.
• Contribute ideas and market feedback to improve sales strategies.
