Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an International Program Consultant to drive growth by selling international educational programs to schools, teachers, and students. You will identify new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and tailor programs to meet client needs, helping expand WorldStrides' market reach and revenue.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while meeting activity targets and contributing strategic ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to schools or education clients.
• Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand existing business within assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers build and enhance international travel programs.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage the sales cycle from lead to close.
• Assess prospect needs and clearly communicate WorldStrides’ value proposition.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate decision-making to close.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and seasonal goals.
• Contribute market feedback and sales strategies to the team.
