Responsibilities

• Manage international orders from receipt through shipment.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Shipping, IT and Sales to fulfill orders.
• Support dropship and API-connected accounts and maintain API keys.
• Oversee consolidation orders and monitor timelines.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and issue resolution.
