Job summary

Justworks is hiring a Customer Support Specialist, International, to serve Admins and EOR employees across phone, email, and chat. You’ll guide customers through international payroll, benefits, and platform navigation, while partnering with International Consultants to resolve complex issues.

You’ll help build the knowledge base and SOPs, and drive AI-driven efficiency to scale support for a growing international product.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally with SaaS or HR tech.
• Experience supporting US-based customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive learner with track record using AI/automation to scale support.
• Ability to work independently and share trends with teams.

Responsibilities

• Own front-line experience for Admins and EOR employees across phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers on international payroll, benefits, and platform navigation.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Legal to improve workflows.
• Build foundational knowledge base and SOPs for the team.
• Drive AI and efficiency initiatives to speed up support.
