Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist to own and optimize an AI-powered customer support agent in a fully remote, international setting. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to improve accuracy, escalation decisions, and customer satisfaction while expanding AI capabilities across products.

You will monitor AI performance, test enhancements, and ensure human handoffs are smooth, helping deliver faster and more human interactions at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-On Intercom Fin experience with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
• Analytical ability to identify patterns and root causes in performance data.
• Comfort discussing integrations, workflows, and tech requirements with engineers.
• Curiosity about AI-powered support and willingness to experiment.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive improvements.
• Independent, proactive mindset with initiative to test new approaches.
• Customer-centric focus to improve experiences across journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own AI support agent performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure AI has access to current, reliable knowledge and provides accurate responses.
• Analyze resolutions, escalations, and failed interactions to find root causes.
• Design tests, document results, and measure impact of changes.
• Refine AI behavior, tone, and workflows within Intercom Fin.
• Improve smooth handoffs to human support when needed.
• Identify opportunities to extend AI across more products and journeys.
• Monitor new AI features and run targeted experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners.
• Report results and recommendations to Customer Care leadership.
