Job summary

3E is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to lead international statutory audits and support month-end close across the organization. You will coordinate with external auditors, accounting advisors, and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely deliverables while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public and corporate accounting, US GAAP expertise, and a CPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience combining public and corporate accounting, ideally with Big Four exposure.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating international statutory audits.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and conversion to local standards.
• Experience managing multiple audit workstreams across stakeholders/geographies.
• Strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own International Audits and Statutory Reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and accounting advisors, managing requests and tracking items.
• Partner with external advisors for local statutory statements and GAAP conversions.
• Review reconciliations, bridge files, and statutory reporting deliverables for accuracy.
• Maintain international audit calendar and escalate issues before deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury for required information.
• Take active role in monthly close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Strengthen accounting controls, documentation, and consistency across global operations.
• Balance recurring duties with peak audit periods.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
