Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for prospective and admitted international students, counselors, sponsors, and partners.
• Manage high-volume admissions communications via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate complex admissions workflows, enrollment confirmations, and data validation.
• Collaborate with Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, International Services, Registrar, Ecampus, and OSU-Cascades.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure FERPA, GDPR and immigration compliance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support process improvements for efficiency.
• Assist with orientation and registration activities for student transitions.
• Support training and development of student employees and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

This is a highly collaborative position that combines customer service, operations, data management, and cross-campus partnership.

As a key member of the International Admissions team, you will coordinate critical admissions processes, support students and partners around the world, and help ensure a seamless admissions experience from application through enrollment.

Key responsibilities:

As our Admissions Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring international admissions operations run efficiently while delivering exceptional service to students and stakeholders.

• Serving as a primary point of contact for prospective and admitted international students, educational counselors, sponsors, and university partners.
