Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume admissions communications through email, phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate complex admissions workflows, enrollment confirmations, and data validation processes.
• Collaborate with university departments including Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, International Services, the Registrar's Office, Ecampus, and OSU-Cascades.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with FERPA, GDPR, and immigration-related requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Assist with orientation and registration activities that support students' successful transition to Oregon State University.
• Support the training and development of student employees and contribute to a collaborative team culture

As a key member of the International Admissions team, you will coordinate critical admissions processes, support students and partners around the world, and help ensure a seamless admissions experience from application through enrollment.
