Pax8 is seeking a Product Manager (Technical Services) to shape internal technology roadmaps and translate business needs into clear priorities across the organization. You’ll partner with technical specialists and business stakeholders to maximize value and focus capacity on work that matters.

This remote role across the USA involves balancing competing demands, driving adoption of Agile practices, and exploring AI-enabled approaches to improve decision making and collaboration.

• What you'll bring: Substantial product management expertise with experience turning complex needs into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Proven roadmap ownership, linking initiatives to broader strategy and outcomes.
• Strong business judgment when balancing high demand against limited capacity.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills for constructive conversations when the answer is not yet or no.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Practical understanding of Agile ways of working with backlogs management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create clarity in ambiguity.
• Technical fluency to collaborate credibly with technical specialists.
• Experience with product workflow platforms such as Jira or similar tools.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled ways of working to create capacity for better strategic thinking.
