Pax8, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the architecture and evolution of platform services powering experiences across teams and products in the United States.

You’ll shape scalable, resilient systems and guide AI-enabled engineering with a focus on quality, security, and business impact. In this remote role, you’ll mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and drive modernization initiatives while partnering across functions to deliver value to partners and customers

Formación

• Advanced expertise in software architecture and systems design.
• Proven ability to evaluate trade-offs for scalability, reliability, cost, latency, and maintainability.
• Experience designing platforms and services for multiple teams and business functions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for architectural standards.
• Experience leading modernization initiatives and migrations.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities, governance, and responsible implementation.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality and security.
