Pax8 is seeking a Product Manager (Technical Services) to shape internal technology roadmaps and align priorities with Pax8's strategy. You will partner with technical specialists and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable work, using AI to create capacity and improve efficiency.

You'll balance strategic direction with real-world constraints, drive collaboration across teams, and own the roadmap for internal tech services. This is a remote USA role with Pax8's dynamic culture.

Product Manager (Technical Services) | Remote, USA | Pax8

Join Pax8 as a Product Manager (Technical Services) and help shape how the technology our people rely on every day evolves, scales and creates greater value across the business.

Shape the technology that powers Pax8

Technical Services is our internal IT organization, responsible for much of the technology and services our people use to get work done. As Product Manager, you'll bring product thinking to that environment, creating clear roadmaps, understanding what our internal customers need and helping technical teams focus their capacity on the work that delivers the greatest business value. Importantly, this isn't a traditional software Product Manager role supporting software engineering teams or building a commercial product for market. You'll work across a broad and evolving internal technology landscape, partnering with technical specialists and business stakeholders to determine what we should prioritize, why it matters and how it connects to Pax8's strategy. We're also evolving how we work with AI. At Pax8, AI isn't simply about producing more. It's about creating capacity for better thinking, stronger relationships and more time understanding our customers. You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside that technology and help define what great AI-enabled product management looks like.

What you'll bring

• Substantial product management expertise, with experience turning complex customer or business needs into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Proven roadmap ownership, including connecting individual initiatives to broader business strategy and desired outcomes.
• Strong business judgment, particularly when balancing high demand against limited team capacity.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to have constructive conversations when the answer needs to be "not yet" or "no".
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, communicating effectively with people across different functions and levels of an organization.
• A practical understanding of Agile ways of working, including managing and continually refining backlogs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
• Technical fluency that allows you to collaborate credibly with technical specialists without needing to own or dictate the solution.
• Experience with product workflow platforms such as Jira, or the ability to become productive with them quickly.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled ways of working, especially how AI can create capacity for better strategic thinking and stronger customer relationships.

Background Checks

Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 USD
