Job summary

BAMSI is seeking an Internal Talent Partner in Brockton, MA to lead full lifecycle recruitment across multiple teams. The role partners with hiring managers to review job descriptions, source candidates, screen, interview, and debrief to support staffing needs.

You will work on-site as part of the Human Resources team, ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-quality hiring processes while helping build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high volume environment.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably ADP).
• Understanding of current federal, state and local hiring laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence, and provide best practice solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for BAMSI’s full-time, temporary and internship roles and support teams’ recruitment efforts.
• Ensure fair, consistent, and efficient sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for all levels.
• Unbiasedly evaluate applicants based on job requirements with managers and interviewers.
• Work with compensation to prepare, extend, and negotiate offers.
• Stay up to date on best practices and technology in Talent Acquisition to improve policy and strategy.
• Identify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics.
• Build and utilize a candidate pool for current and future positions.
• Manage communication with internal and external candidates and hiring teams.
