Job summary

IBM Corporate Strategy team is IBM’s internal strategy consulting group, partnering with senior executives to shape the company’s direction. You will analyze problems, develop insights, and deliver recommendations that drive growth and transformation across IBM Business Units.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration/Management is required.
Willingness to travel approximately 10% annually.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Shape IBM C-Suite’s decisions and strategic direction through project engagements.
Engage with Business Unit leaders to determine root causes to be evaluated and outcomes to be achieved.
Establish trusted relationships with internal client teams across IBM to gather information and insights.
Develop client, market, and competitor insights based on primary interviews, analyst reports, and internal data.
Translate ambiguity into structured approaches to identify opportunities amid rapid tech disruptions.
Synthesize insights into client presentations and facilitate dialogue with senior executives.
Collaborate with client teams to implement pragmatic, bold, and actionable solutions.
