Job summary

The IBM Integration team is a small, specialized group within IBM’s Strategy, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Ventures. It drives end-to-end integration across CIO, Q2C, and Procurement, guiding transformation within Finance & Operations.

As an Integration Strategy Consultant, you will analyze problems, develop insights, and deliver recommendations to drive integration and growth, collaborating with Global Process Owners to explore new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in integration management within large organizations or consulting.
• Strong understanding of F&O's goals, priorities, and growth areas.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with technologies, processes, and systems used in F&O transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies and plans to ensure seamless collaboration between F&O teams and external partners.
• Manage the integration of new technologies, processes, and systems to support F&O's transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integration challenges and opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to team members during the integration process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and report on integration progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration and transformation, and incorporate relevant insights into F&O's integration strategies.
