Bish’s RV is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to bridge sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently. You’ll coordinate service operations and help deliver a seamless customer experience at our Traverse City dealership.

In this role you’ll review work orders, track progress, and collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team to meet delivery timelines while upholding dealership standards and core values of service excellence.

Formación

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with computer-based systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays; Sundays off.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Professional appearance and alignment with company values.

Responsabilidades

• Review internal service work orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate workflow with dispatch, technicians, and sales.
• Ensure units are prepped for delivery per standards.
• Track status of internal jobs and ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty processes.
• Support inventory tracking and maintain service records.
• Communicate across departments to align priorities.
