Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to bridge sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently. You’ll coordinate service operations and help deliver a seamless customer experience at our Traverse City dealership.

In this role you’ll review work orders, track progress, and collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team to meet delivery timelines while upholding dealership standards and core values of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with computer-based systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays; Sundays off.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
• Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
• Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
• Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process
• Support Inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays
