Job summary

Coulter Tempe is seeking an organized Internal Service Advisor to coordinate internal service repairs and keep vehicles moving from intake to delivery. You will work across service, parts, and sales teams to open repair orders and monitor progress.

• Coordinate with the Parts Manager to ensure parts availability and timely ordering for internal repairs.
• Track vehicle repair status and communicate updates with sales, service, and management teams.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation and update dealership management systems.
• Schedule service appointments as needed.
• Ensure repair orders are completed efficiently.
