Pepperl+Fuchs, Inc. in Twinsburg, OH is hiring a Customer Service Internal Sales Representative to drive customer care and develop opportunities for Field Sales in the assigned territory. The role requires daily customer contact, order support, and collaboration with technical and account teams.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Interact daily with customers via phone and email.
• Take ownership of assigned territory and provide proactive customer support.
• Manage territory accounts, including order entry, credits, and rebills.
• Monitor open order reports and proactively resolve delays in the order-to-cash process.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to expand business opportunities.
• Record new sales opportunities in Siebel (CRM).
• Attend customer calls and key account meetings focused on improving performance metrics.
