Job summary

PremierAgile Consulting Private Limited seeks an experienced recruiter to manage high-volume hiring across iCIMS, LinkedIn, Job Slots, and Handshake. You will source candidates, review applications, pre-screen, and schedule interviews while ensuring EEO/OFCCP compliance for office hires and internal moves.

You will also lead candidate outreach campaigns, manage referrals, and craft offer letters with background checks, recruiting for entry-level roles such as SDRs and FSG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective virtual relationships with customers.
• Proven consistent performance in a production-based environment.
• Capability to strategize operational goals and provide solutions to achieve outcomes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive representation of Actalent internally and externally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, self-motivation, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing job postings on platforms such as iCIMS, LinkedIn, Job Slots, and Handshake.
• Sourcing candidates in volume markets.
• Reviewing applications and managing referrals.
• Pre-screening applicants using G2.
• Scheduling behavioral interviews with the Senior Internal Recruiter.
• Ensuring compliance with EEO/OFFCP applications, dispositions, and regulations.
• Conducting candidate outreach initiatives including campaigns, follow-ups on incomplete applications, and managing withdrawals or declines.
• Generating offer letters and background check requests for office hires and internal transitions.
• Recruiting for entry-level roles such as Sales Development Representatives, VOP, SRC's, and FSG.
