Internal Recruiting Associate

We’re looking for a highly motivated Internal Recruiting Associate to join our team and help us advance the careers of skilled professionals doing impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings platform management: iCIMS, LinkedIn, Job Slots, Handshake.
• Conduct volume market sourcing.
• Review applications and manage referrals.
• Pre‑screen applicants using G2.
• Schedule behavioral interviews with SR IR.
• Ensure EEO/OFFCP applications, dispositions and compliance.
• Conduct candidate outreach initiatives and manage campaigns, incomplete applications, withdrawals/declines, etc.
• Generate offer letters and background requests for office hires and internal transitions.
• Support entry level recruiters, sales development representatives, VOP, SRCs and FSG.

• Participate in a comprehensive, structured training program including role plays, job shadows, and teach‑backs.

Qualifications
