AMJ is seeking an Internal Recruiter in Miami to attract and secure top talent. This role covers full lifecycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and close partnership with senior leaders.

You will manage candidate experiences and help shape recruitment processes while supporting employer branding initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in 360 in-house recruitment, strong communication, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Welcome to the Jungle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in 360 recruitment in-house.
• Proactive sourcing and strong interview skills.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefs to offers.
• Source proactively beyond job postings and build networks.
• Conduct video interviews and assess candidates against role needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and market insights.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and streamline processes.
• Support employer branding, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
