You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume trade and engineering vacancies, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding, while building talent pipelines and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume trade and engineering vacancies.
• Source and attract candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for required skills and experience.
• Verify compliance docs and safety requirements prior to deployment.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide market insights.
• Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding, travel, and pre-start requirements.
• Maintain recruitment data and report on pipeline performance.
• Monitor market trends and support workforce planning.
