Job summary

Alliance Resource Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter for construction and project management roles. This position recruits across the organization, coordinating interviews and guiding hiring managers to timely decisions while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership of the recruiting process.
• Proven experience in outbound recruitment, sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social recruiting platforms.
• Previous recruitment experience within construction, skilled trades, or related industries preferred.

• Proactively source passive construction professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal referrals, and current ATS database.
• Build pipelines for niche skilled-trades positions and management-level construction roles.
