Job summary

SpaceX in Memphis is seeking an Internal Mobility Analyst (Recruiting) to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help employees advance their careers.

You will assess internal applicants, craft accurate postings, coordinate interviews, counsel managers, and own relationships with candidates. This is a 100% onsite role requiring relocation if needed.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, fast turnarounds, and close collaboration with HR. Familiarity with Jira and ATS tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources.
• This role is 100% onsite; relocation may be required if not local.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess internal applicants against job requirements.
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions reflecting the role needs.
• Evaluate skills and qualifications of internal candidates and identify other opportunities within the company.
• Lead and actively participate in interview debriefs.
• Counsel hiring managers to guide the best hiring decision for their team and the company.
• Analyze and consolidate interview feedback; package feedback to internal candidates constructively.
• Independently own the full relationship with internal candidates.
• Develop strategies with recruiters and recruiting leaders to best service hiring managers.
• Reject and disposition internal applicants within recruiting SLAs and in a compliant manner.
• Create new processes to bridge gaps between recruiting and HR to provide top tier service.
