Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders across the organization, driving people strategies and coaching on HR policies. This is a hands-on role requiring confidentiality and strong communication.

The position will require relocation if not local, extended hours on occasion, and travel to other SpaceXAI locations. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR experience are required, with familiarity in Greenhouse, UltiPro, or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in engineering/production/manufacturing HR support is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Partner with employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on analytics and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR functions to optimize programs and policies.
