Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for in-person outpatient care in the United States. The role offers a competitive compensation package between $200,000 and $295,000 per year and a daytime schedule Monday–Friday.

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, collaborate with an integrated care team, and contribute to prevention, chronic disease management and community health initiatives in a mission-driven, outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care considering social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings and community health initiatives.
