Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Illinois is seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission‑driven outpatient team providing comprehensive care to adult patients.

You will work with an integrated care team on prevention, chronic disease management, and population health initiatives, with a daytime schedule, Monday–Friday, and a strong emphasis on underserved communities. Competitive compensation and robust benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school; board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain license.
• Experience in outpatient or community-based care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health efforts
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR
• Engage in clinical meetings, care team collaboration, and community health initiatives
