Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings and community health initiatives.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)
