Management Performance Associates is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an in-person outpatient role in Illinois. The position offers a daytime schedule, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and community health impact.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving a diverse and medically underserved patient population.
