Eden Capital Careers seeks a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven outpatient clinic in East St. Louis, Illinois.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and community health impact. The multidisciplinary team includes primary care providers, specialists, APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care considering social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement and population health efforts.
• Document patient encounters in the EHR.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
