Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Materials Management Associate I - Internal Logistics Driver in San Diego, CA. This role supports receipt, movement, and inventory of Non-GMP materials, Raw Materials, Samples, Drug Substance and Final Product, following SOPs and GMP principles.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years in materials management, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; cGMP experience is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred in science.
• Experience in material management or related field desired.
• Experience in cGMP environment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, inventory control, shipping and internal logistics.
• Follow GMP processes and SOPs for materials management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and liaise with other departments.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.
